Julie and the Phantoms (2020, created by Dan Cross and David Hoge) is a pleasantly good teen musical series from Netflix under the streaming giant’s Family collection. It follows Julie (Madison Reyes) who is motivated to pursue music again after meeting three musician ghosts—Luke (Charlie Gillespie), Alex (Owen Joyner) and Reggie (Jeremy Shada)—from a has-been boy band called Sunset Curve.
