TV Review: Sex Education Season 1 🍆✂️

Entertaining, awkward, and extremely R-rated—Sex Education gives a refreshing comedic spin to high school dramas.

I wasn’t planning on watching Sex Education (2019, created by Laurie Nunn) at all when Netflix dropped all eight episodes last Friday (January 11), but because I was out of TV shows to watch, I decided to give it a try. And boy thank god I did because I binge-watched the series like as if it was an 8-hour long movie, which was probably what Netflix had intended.

Movie Review: The Spy Who Dumped Me 🏆

Mila Kunis and Kate McKinnon make this action-comedy movie worth watching.

Having watched Mission Impossible: Fallout last week, nothing triumphs the Tom Cruise action sequences from that movie. The Spy Who Dumped Me (2018, directed by Susanna Fogel) had quite a few bang-bang gun sequences, car chase scenes, and acrobatic stunts; but it failed to have any big action scenes that made me go wow. However, there were certainly scenes that were definitely cool and badass. Maybe the scene of Sebastian (Sam Heughan’s stunt double) doing a gymnastic backflip was kind of cool; and the one where Audrey (Mila Kunis) pulls out a gun like a secret agent.
