YOU Season 3 is a repetitive cycle of killings with marital issues added into the mix.

After a relatively quiet Season 1 buzz and successful Season 2 (thanks to Netflix), YOU Season 3 (2021, developed by Sera Gamble and Greg Berlanti, based on the books by author Caroline Kepnes) returns almost two years later with Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley) and Love Quinn (Victoria Pedretti) settling down into a fictional suburban hellhole known as Madre Linda. Movie Review: He’s All That 🤳🏻🐎📸

He’s All That is basically a makeover show involving influencers and TikTok.

This post for He’s All That contains spoilers.

He’s All That (2021, directed by Mark Waters) is a remake of 1999’s She’s All That, though I’m pretty sure that the former just gender swapped the main characters and borrowed the makeover plot point. Aside from that, the 2021 movie has been Gen Z-fied with social media and influencers.

This post for Sex/Life Season 1 is spoiler-free.

Sex/Life (2021, created by Stacy Rukeyser) is a television show that I never intended to watch, but a Just Jared Instagram post had piqued my interest of this Netflix series because apparently Adam Demos, who stars as one of the leading men Brad, went full frontal in one of the episodes.

Delayed multiple times since 2019, The Woman in the Window (2021, directed by Joe Wright) is based on the novel of the same name by author A. J. This post for Songbird is spoiler-free.

As one of the first major feature films to be produced, filmed and edited during the COVID-19 pandemic, Songbird (2020, directed by Adam Mason) is set in 2023, where the world is in full pandemic mode and quarantine camps are in existence; “munies” (people who are immune to the virus aka COVID-23) like Nico (KJ Apa) are the only people who get to roam the streets in the new normal.
